This policy describes how Chefmodefr SAS collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors and program participants, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act.
2. Data collected
We collect the following data: first name, last name, email address, postcode, browsing data (IP address, pages visited, visit duration), and any information voluntarily submitted via the eligibility verification form.
3. Purposes of processing
The data are used to verify your eligibility for the program, to send you information about the available residential real estate projects, to manage the contractual relationship, and to produce anonymised audience statistics.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (article 6.1.a GDPR) for commercial information, and on legitimate interest (article 6.1.f) for audience measurement and site security.
5. Retention period
Form data are kept for three years from the last contact. Browsing data are anonymised after thirteen months. Documents related to a contractual relationship are kept for the applicable legal period.
6. Recipients
Data are accessible to the internal teams of Chefmodefr SAS and to its technical processors (hosting provider, email tool, audience measurement). No transfer outside the European Union is carried out without appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may exercise these rights at dpo@chefmodefr.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
Chefmodefr SAS implements technical and organisational measures to protect the data: TLS encryption, access controls, sensitive operation logging, encrypted backups and regular audits.
